Tom Bristol coming to life out of a story by L. Ron Hubbard

Who is Tom Bristol?

That's right, he was sentenced to one hundred lashes by the Lord High Governor aboard the HMS Terror and escaped certain death by a narrow margin. Saved by a crew which sailed under the black ensign, a flag with a grinning skull against an ebon field, Bristol took command of the pirate crew after proving himself a worthy pirate and returned to exact revenge on the Lord High Governor who had planned a gruesome death for him.

Now, Bristol shows up in Los Angeles to give patrons of a bookstore a taste of his adventures and we were so lucky as to get a few shots of him—in action!

Tom Bristol telling the locals about the book which contains the account of his adventures aboard the Falcon, sailing the waters of the Caribbean, while he is chased by the English who had placed a prize on his head.
